No Refund Policy

All sales of electronics equipment are final. Once a product has been purchased and payment has been completed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Exchanges or Repairs

If an item is found to be defective or faulty due to manufacturing issues, it may qualify for repair or replacement in accordance with the product warranty. The item must be reported within 7 days of purchase and returned with proof of purchase.

Conditions for Inspection

The product must be returned in its original packaging. All accessories, manuals, and components must be included. The product must not show signs of misuse, damage, or tampering. Items that are damaged due to improper use, accidental damage, power surges, liquid damage, or unauthorized repairs will not qualify for repair or replacement

Non-Returnable Items
